The process begins with reception at the plant. The same technique used to ripen bananas (and other fruits) for table use are employed at RINAGRO so as to obtain a puree with the same aroma and taste the end user is accustomed to. Because of the controlled ripening, an optimum level of ripeness can be attained, the fruit homogenous, flavor and aroma are fully developed.
